My Visit to Butterfly Garden Dubai

If you are a Butterfly lover or looking for a place that makes you feel like you are in some fantasy land, then Butterfly Garden is a perfect place for you. Dubai Butterfly Garden is claimed to be the “World’s Largest Covered Butterfly Garden” consisting of ten custom built climate controlled domes (So basically you don't have to worry about the Summer heat to go here! Ting!). It features 15,000 butterflies of around over 50 varieties in different sizes and colors.

So at first you have to purchase the tickets at the counter and they cost 55 AED per person ( Disabled and 2 years old and below:  Free of Charge ). The entrance takes you through a lush garden filled with varieties of plants and flowers into the first dome that is Butterfly Museum. Here you will find handcrafted artworks made with butterflies.

After the museum comes the entrance to the garden, making you feel like you entered some Disney Princess Garden. Butterflies flying around in the beautiful green garden filled with colorful flowers and birds canopy sound in the background, How does that feel? "Amazing !"

Me and my friends planned and wore attractive bright colors for some beautiful photography and that is the reason I guess a lot of butterflies got attracted to the colors and sat on our hands and shoulder.

What I felt bad about was that some of the butterflies were injured and that was because a lot of people forcefully tried to catch them. Please don't do that as the butterflies are really delicate creatures and a single touch can hurt them badly.

As you go on you will find different types of butterflies, flowers, sculptures. There is also a beautiful fish pond and you will find many butterfly shaped seating for perfect photography.

Finally, this place is good for one time visit only and is good for you if you love butterflies and would like to experience the fairyland environment.
